Starhill Gallery is an upscale, luxury retail mall located on Kuala Lumpur's famed Bukit Bintang district. this glitzy mall is where you’ll find Louis Vuitton, Gucci and many other luxury brands, plus a great range of restaurants in the basement, and spas on the 5th floor. It features more than a hundred renowned luxury timepiece and jewellery brands and dozens of other contemporary luxury labels. The Pamper Zone is known as the world’s largest urban retreat dedicated to health, beauty and relaxation. Some of the world’s best therapists are housed right here in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Muse is dedicated to art and it houses some of the best local art galleries ranging from canvas to photography and sculptures as well.  

Some people have compared Starhill Gallery to Suria KLCC because of certain similarities. Both offer an obscene amount of high end shopping, art and food. But the big difference is that Suria KLCC offers an all round shopping experience with a fair bit of bargains and food courts. In any case, Starhill Gallery, with its beauty, grace and grandeur, might be a better choice for those looking for a more private shopping experience.

Looks rather small from the outside but it extends when you go inside and becomes bigger and bigger. Especially the massive centre court is an eye catcher with leather couches, a bar and a stage. Also the restaurants on the lower floor are beautifully designed. It sits directly adjacent to Pavilion KL and is connected to the 5-star JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur hotel. It faces Jalan Gading and Jalan Bukit Bintang. It is also linked to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel by a sky bridge.
